At BoutEase, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We will always be transparent and never sell your data to anyone.

Your name, phone number, and email address at signup
Business data you enter — invoices, customers, orders, measurements, purchases
Device information for app functionality
Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the BoutEase service
To send subscription, billing, and account communications
To send product updates (you can opt out anytime)
Your data is never sold to third parties — ever

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted both in transit and at rest. Only you and your authorised team members can access your boutique's data.

4. Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while subscribed.

After cancellation or trial expiry: All data retained safely for 90 days.

After 90 days of inactivity: Email warning sent 30 days before deletion. After 120 total days, data is permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

Razorpay for payment processing. No advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Your Rights

Right to export your data at any time
Right to request deletion of your account and all associated data
Right to update or correct your information
Right to opt out of marketing communications
