By downloading or using BoutEase, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly and fairly — because that's how we operate.

1. Who Can Use BoutEase

You must be 18 years or older to create an account
BoutEase is intended for boutique owners and their authorised team members for legitimate business operations

2. Subscription and Billing

All prices shown exclude 18% GST
Monthly plans: billed at the start of each month. Cancel before next billing date to avoid next charge.
Annual plans: billed upfront for the full year. No refund for used period. Access continues until annual period ends.

3. Free Trial

Your 30-day trial gives full access to the Growth plan with no credit card required. After 30 days, a 3-day grace period applies before any features are restricted. Your data is always safe.

4. Your Data Ownership

Your business data belongs to you entirely. BoutEase claims no rights over your customer data, invoice data, or any business information you enter.

5. Acceptable Use

BoutEase may only be used for legitimate boutique business operations
Do not share account credentials with people outside your authorised team
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of BoutEase

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
